Lori went above and beyond

After dealing with several other realtors who just didn't understand us, Lori went above and beyond our expectations for finding our dream home. She listened to our needs, and didn't try to push us into a certain neighborhood or out of our price range. She was very patient, and professional at all times, even after viewing 41 houses. Lori is your agent

I had contacted another agent first. Without going into detail, we very quickly learned he was not the agent for us. I basically looked online, closed my eyes, pointed my finger, opened my eyes and my finger was on Lori's name. I called her left a message and she got back to me in within 5 minutes. And from that point on, Lori worked diligently with us in pursuit of helping us find a suitable seasonal home. It did not matter to her that we were looking for something in only the $45,000 - $50,000 range. I flew down 1/14/19 to New Port Richey from Tennessee to get familiar with the area & what it had to offer. I had been researching New Port Richey for 3 yrs. & really had no intention of buying at the time, which I mentioned to Lori; but I also told her I was planning to come back in 6 mos to purchase.
