Lori went above and beyond

After dealing with several other realtors who just didn't understand us, Lori went above and beyond our expectations for finding our dream home. She listened to our needs, and didn't try to push us into a certain neighborhood or out of our price range. She was very patient, and professional at all times, even after viewing 41 houses. I flew down 1/14/19 to New Port Richey from Tennessee to get familiar with the area & what it had to offer. I had been researching New Port Richey for 3 yrs. & really had no intention of buying at the time, which I mentioned to Lori; but I also told her I was planning to come back in 6 mos to purchase.

Second villa Lori showed me I was hooked. It was everything I had ever dreamed of. The home, the location, the neighborhood, the open-concept, the layout; I could go on & on ad nauseam. She showed me several more lovely homes which fit my criteria but I couldn't get my prospective new home off my mind. I signed a contract 1/16/19, flew back to Nashville, sold my condo, packed up & was back for the closing on my new place, February 28, 2019.
