I had contacted another agent first. Without going into detail, we very quickly learned he was not the agent for us. I basically looked online, closed my eyes, pointed my finger, opened my eyes and my finger was on Lori's name. I called her left a message and she got back to me in within 5 minutes. I flew down 1/14/19 to New Port Richey from Tennessee to get familiar with the area & what it had to offer. I had been researching New Port Richey for 3 yrs. & really had no intention of buying at the time, which I mentioned to Lori; but I also told her I was planning to come back in 6 mos to purchase.

I signed a contract 1/16/19, flew back to Nashville, sold my condo, packed up & was back for the closing on my new place, February 28, 2019.
