The Homebuyer Assistance Program provides financial assistance toward the purchase of any home in Pasco County, except mobile and manufactured homes. I flew down 1/14/19 to New Port Richey from Tennessee to get familiar with the area & what it had to offer. I had been researching New Port Richey for 3 yrs. & really had no intention of buying at the time, which I mentioned to Lori; but I also told her I was planning to come back in 6 mos to purchase.

Second villa Lori showed me I was hooked. It was everything I had ever dreamed of. The home, the location, the neighborhood, the open-concept, the layout; I could go on & on ad nauseam. I signed a contract 1/16/19, flew back to Nashville, sold my condo, packed up & was back for the closing on my new place, February 28, 2019.

After dealing with several other realtors who just didn't understand us, Lori went above and beyond our expectations for finding our dream home.
