I had contacted another agent first. Without going into detail, we very quickly learned he was not the agent for us. Fantastic & painless

I flew down 1/14/19 to New Port Richey from Tennessee to get familiar with the area & what it had to offer. I had been researching New Port Richey for 3 yrs. & really had no intention of buying at the time, which I mentioned to Lori; but I also told her I was planning to come back in 6 mos to purchase.
