Lori went above and beyond

After dealing with several other realtors who just didn't understand us, Lori went above and beyond our expectations for finding our dream home. She listened to our needs, and didn't try to push us into a certain neighborhood or out of our price range. She was very patient, and professional at all times, even after viewing 41 houses. Although, #42 was the winner, she went out of her way to make the buying experience less stressful and easy. I would, and will definately recommend her as she helped us find our dream home.

I flew down 1/14/19 to New Port Richey from Tennessee to get familiar with the area & what it had to offer. I signed a contract 1/16/19, flew back to Nashville, sold my condo, packed up & was back for the closing on my new place, February 28, 2019.

Lori has helped to change my life moving from Tennessee to the Sunshine State & I will absolutely refer her in a heartbeat to family, friends or anyone in need of her expert services. I finally have my own little piece of PARADISE. Dreams do come true. I'm in HEAVEN.

Lori is your agent

I had contacted another agent first. Without going into detail, we very quickly learned he was not the agent for us. I basically looked online, closed my eyes, pointed my finger, opened my eyes and my finger was on Lori's name. I called her left a message and she got back to me in within 5 minutes. And from that point on, Lori worked diligently with us in pursuit of helping us find a suitable seasonal home. It did not matter to her that we were looking for something in only the $45,000 - $50,000 range. She worked tirelessly for us as if she stood to make a fortune on commission when in reality she knew full well she would not. This is the type of agent Lori is.
