I had contacted another agent first. Without going into detail, we very quickly learned he was not the agent for us. I basically looked online, closed my eyes, pointed my finger, opened my eyes and my finger was on Lori's name. I called her left a message and she got back to me in within 5 minutes. After dealing with several other realtors who just didn't understand us, Lori went above and beyond our expectations for finding our dream home.
