Today, we attended a luncheon for Builders and Realtors at the Heritage Springs Clubhouse in Trinity, Florida 34655. It was sponsored by Third Federal Bank. We were very impressed by their mortgage rate offers (as low as 3.59%) and will definitely keep them in mind for our clients.
They served a very good chicken and steak meal with salad and chocolate cake. It was an excellent meal! They followed with many door prizes and Dave and I were fortunate to win, not one, but TWO prizes. We really had the lucky table as almost everyone won something.
